Olive View UCLA Medical Center Master Plan Update

The Master Plan for Olive View Medical Center serves as a guideline for future development of the expansive site. There are two components of the master plan: a zoning plan and phasing plan.
The zoning plan addressed an existing fixed circulation system based on a network of on-site vehicular connector streets and pedestrian circulation cores.
The plan is conceptual and guides additive construction over an extended period of time.
The second component, the phasing plan, serves to describe a potential scenario which serves to achieve the master zoning plan over an indeterminate period of time. Implementation of the plan was intended to resolve high priority problems.
