Center Master Plan

The scope of the project enables the BGC Boys & Girls Club San Fernando Valley to establish itself as a community leader. The scope of the project incorporates the existing structure as anchor of its expansion as a campus environment with a proposed new facility and modernization of the existing Pacoima Community Center.  A comprehensive space and facility plan was considered over three phases, the initial project being the modification of the existing structure to accommodate the family preservation program. Linkage between the phases is to be achieved by a system of defined circulation elements and several open-air plazas providing scale and context for the community.
