UCLA Courtside Sunset Village

The extensive renovation program required extensive water intrusion mitigation, structural repair, mechanical systems, upgrades and design of new architectural elements. The renovation also included complete design of the new roofing system types, window wall systems, new seismic restraining systems, new mechanical systems for student lounges and corridors, fire life safety systems, and design all the entrance lobbies to each of the student ‘houses’. In addition, the central landscaped courtyard was replaced with a scheme designed by the project team.
